满心菩提种，遍洒三千界；愿度有缘人，同登无上觉。
A mind always filled with Bodhicitta (the mind of enlightenment),
I vow to spread the seeds of Three Jewels into the boundless universe,
benefiting all sentient beings who are connected to me,
so we may all reach the stage of complete enlightenment together.

By overcoming the greater the challenge we accumulate greater merit,
