Ven. Shin Hong continued the dharma lectures on << The Great Compassionate Bodhisattva (Kuan-Yin; Avalokitesvara) on the Combination of Mahayana and Vajrayana systems－“The Mahayana Sutra on the King of the Auspicious Treasure” >> (Part VI) at Cheng Beng Buddhist Society, Singapore, in November of 2012.

細说观音、六字明咒之神变功德 :

1. 总持无量三摩地

2. 昔遇罗刹女恶缘

3. 观音报身、显无量德

4. 特说六字因缘难遇

The contents of the dharma lectures delivered in November of 2012 were:

Buddha elaborates the miracle and merit of Kuan-Yin Bodhisattva and The Six-Character Great Bright Mantra :

1. Kuan-Yin Bodhisattva retains immeasurable Dharma Gates of Samadhi.

2. At that time Sakyamuni Buddha was a Bodhisattva, Kuan-Yin Bodhisattva saved him from the danger of Raksa women.

3. The reward body of Kuan-Yin Bodhisattva manifests immeasurable merits and virtues.

4. It is difficult to encounter that Six Characters of Great Enlightening Dharani, which Kuan-Yin Bodhisattva has.
