- 標題：【新課程New Course】《法句經》(Dhammapada) 第一部份(part one) ，2011年6月1日開班！ Dhammapada (part one)，The lecture starts on June 1, 2011！
The lecture is given by Ven. Shing-Hong on every other Wednesday evening, 7:30 to 9:00. The first lecture starts on June 1, 2011 (expected to finish in early August.) This course is design for beginners.
「法句」（ DHAMMAPADA），是佛陀在不同場合中說的詩句，生動活潑地描述了佛陀和僧伽運作情形之外,也記載佛陀的在家信徒和當時北印度人的生活和想法，當中大部份跟道德有關。匯集成經是在王舍城（RAJAGAHA）第一次佛經結集時（佛滅後三月）由眾阿羅漢誦出，並命名為DHAMMAPADA──法句經。
Dhammapada is a collection of verses spoken by the Buddha on various occasions. These verse vividly describe the lives of the Buddha and Sangha, as well as the thinking of layman in north India. Most verses deal with ethics. The Dhammapada was orally assembled by many Arhats in the first gathering in the city of Rajagaha three months after the Buddha passed away.You are very welcome to attend this course. （1）板橋捷運3A出口步行15分鐘可到：由電梯上1樓台灣鐵路板橋站東2出口，縣民大道向左走漢生東路，直走至中山路一段左轉中國信託銀行樓上
Take the MRT to Banqiao station, exit from 3A – take a 15 minwalk: Take the elevator to the first level of the Banqiao train stationand exit from East 2 exit. Walk along Xianming Road and turn left into Han Sheng Dong Rd.Walk straight until you reach Zhongshan road section 1. Take the elevator to the 9th storey (Samye Buddhist Association is just above Chinatrust Bank)
（2）板橋捷運站2號出口，公車可到：搭電梯出地面之後，到往台北/土城月台（2候車亭），搭乘234,265,651,705,604公車，到東安里下車，精舍就在對面，約二站。
From Banqiao MRT station exit 2, you can take a public bus:Once you have taken the elevator and reached the ground level, move your way to Taipei Tucheng bus platform (Bus stop 2). Take any of the following public buses 234, 265, 651, 705, 604 and alight at Dong An Li bus stop (about 2 bus stops).Samye Buddhist Association is right before you.
