1. 共修( 行门)：经行與静坐
2. 學習内容（解门）：以中国、天台宗之《小止观》
为主要教學内容。
3. 心得分享：學员问题研讨。

◎上课學员条件：
12 岁以上，初學者、非佛教徒，皆可。
上课请着宽鬆衣服，方便静坐。
Requirement: Everyone above 12 year old is welcome.
Beginners and non-Buddhists are welcome.
Please wear loose clothes.
◎ 开课时间(Time)：
3/12（六）、3/13（日）开课，每月双周六、日 14:00pm–17:00pm。
Date: 14:00-17:00 every other Saturday and Sunday starting from 3/12 (Sat) 3/13(Sun)
