止觀法門教學與共修 (Teaching and Practice on Meditaion & Insight)

◎課程內容(Content)：
1. 共修( 行門)：經行與靜坐
2. 學習內容（解門）：以中國、天台宗之《小止觀》
為主要教學內容。
3. 心得分享：學員問題研討。

3. questions and answers, discussion
◎上課學員條件：
12 歲以上，初學者、非佛教徒，皆可。
上課請著寬鬆衣服，方便靜坐。
Requirement: Everyone above 12 year old is welcome.
Beginners and non-Buddhists are welcome.
Please wear loose clothes.
◎ 開課時間(Time)：
3/12（六）、3/13（日）開課，每月雙週六、日 14:00pm–17:00pm。
Date: 14:00-17:00 every other Saturday and Sunday starting from 3/12 (Sat) 3/13(Sun)
