落日餘輝的夕陽，約西元前543年前的五月，佛陀示現涅槃入滅，(manifested as being passed away; Parinirvana) 並告知阿難等(Ananda)、隨行弟子們：
「不要悲傷、不要哭泣，因緣生滅，皆為無常，大夥應當精進，慎勿放逸。」
About 543 B.C., during one of the sunset in May, Buddha manifested as being passed away; Parinirvana. Buddha then told Ananda and other disciples:
'Do not grieve, do not cry. All conditioned things are impermanent. Strive with diligence in your practice, be careful not to be slack.'
