位于王舍城南边的竹林精舍(Galanda Venuvana)，是佛教史上，第一座提供僧团安居净住的僧院。图为竹林精舍内的『迦蘭陀池』。
Located at the south of Rajgir, 'Galanda Venuvana' is the first Buddhist monastery to provide lodging for Sangha members in Buddhist history. The pond in the picture is known as Galanda Pond which is situated within the monastery ground.
