緣起：
長期流通2003年，在新加坡大悲佛教中心，宣講的「普賢十大願」是心宏師父的願心。
It has been the aspiration of Venerable Shin Hong Shi to circulate in Singapore over a long term period - the teachings on ‘The Samantabhadra’s Ten Vows’ which he had delivered in 2003 at the Tai Pei Buddhist Centre.
「普賢十大願」是顯密共通要念誦的經文。它能快速懺除逆緣，累積廣大的資糧。有人學佛法總是遇不到多生多刼的清浄傳承上師或老師，或好不容易從清淨上師處領受無上教法，但修法順緣不具足。我們應發心常念「普賢十大願」，自己受持、讀誦、為人演說。
‘The Samantabhadra’s Ten Vows’ is a Dharma prayer text that is chanted by both Mahayana and Tibetan Buddhist practitioners. Chanting this prayer can speedily help one to purify obstacles, accumulate and gather great (vast) merits. Some people who learn the Buddha’s teachings either do not have the opportunities to meet gurus or masters of pure lineage whom they share a close affinity with over the span of countless lives; or it is simply not easy for them to receive the unsurpassed Buddhist teachings. Henceforth, these people do not have the favourable causes and conditions in their paths of Dharma practices. We should make the aspiration and motivation to chant ‘The Samantabhadra’s Ten Vows’ regularly; be it practising the teachings, chanting it personally or orally propagating the teachings for other sentient beings.
我們尚無法為人演時，我們可以隨喜贊助演說的DVD。讓自己種下未來也能演說之因，且正法流通是續佛慧命，及護持佛法的佛子行。
Although we are unable to propagate the teachings orally for other sentient beings; we can sponsor the recorded DVD teachings with joyous efforts. Not only does this meritorious act help towards planting the causes for being able to teach orally to other sentient beings in future; it is also the rightful act of every Buddhist disciple to protect and support the continuing propagation of the Buddha Dharma through the circulation of these teachings.

The first printing and free circulation of ‘The Samantabhadra’s Ten Vows’ had been completed. This is the second reprint that is in progress. We welcome the joyous effort of sponsorship in this second reprint and free circulation.
功德：
二、常得吉神擁護，一切瘟疫、水火、寇盜、刀兵、牢 獄之災，悉皆不受。
三、夙生怨懟，咸蒙法益，而得解脫，永免尋仇報復之苦。
四、夜叉惡鬼，不能侵犯，毒蛇餓虎，不能為害。
五、心得安慰，日無險事，夜無惡夢，顏色光澤，氣力充盛，所作吉利。
六、至心奉法，雖無希求，自然衣食豐足，家庭和睦，福祿綿長。
七、所言所行，人天歡喜，任到何方，常為多眾傾城愛戴，恭敬禮拜。
八、愚者轉智，病者轉健，困者轉亨，為婦女者，報謝之日，捷轉男身。
九、永離惡道，受生善道。相貌端正，天資超越，福祿殊勝。
十、能為一切眾生，種植善根，以眾生心，作大福田，獲無量勝果。
所生之處，常得見佛聞法。直至三慧宏開，六通親證，速得成佛。
