桑耶精舍

心宏法師 2007年開始，在「台北、桑耶精舍」開講《坐禪三昧經》，並已於 2017年圓滿結束。
內容有為何要禪修、禪修前的準備、五停心觀法對治煩惱、四禪的修學次第、二乘人禪法、菩薩禪法。深入了解佛說開示的禪法及修行次第，就能了知目前教授的禪法及修行次第，是否符合正知正見。也能幫助自己在修行的過程中做檢視。

From 2007, Venerable Shin Hong Shi gave a talk on ‘Contemplation on the Sitting Meditation Sutra’ at the Samye Buddhist Association, Taipei. This couse has been complete perfectly in 2017.

The topics included
1) why we need to meditate;
2) the necessary preparations that one needs to undertake before one starts meditating;
3) training in the 5 meditation practices and fivefold procedures on the contemplation of the mind and its thoughts in order to settle the mind and eliminate it of the 5 poisons of delusions;
4) the progressive stages in training on the four stages of meditation;
5) the meditation methods which originate from the two vehicles that humans engage in;
6) the methods of meditation for practising Bodhisattvas.

An in-depth understanding in Buddha’s teachings on meditation, the methods and the progressive stages in training on meditation will enable us to generate a clear understanding of what is currently taught and whether these teachings on the progressive stages of meditation accord with the right understanding and right views. Additionally, this will also help us in the introspection and review on the process of our meditation training.
